ETSA
Utilities Quiz Night April 1st 2006.
This
was the second annual quiz night for ETSA Utilities, raising
money for the Zero to One Foundation. An enthusiastic crowd
of over one hundred turned up for an entertaining yet
relaxed evening out.
Our
special guest M.C. Troy Gray was hilarious and made the
whole evening flow well with his antics. Troy just brought a
new dimension to our quiz night and we hope to work with
Troy again in the future.
The
crowd was glued to their seats when Bali bomb survivor Ben
Tullipan spoke of his ordeal and what the Zero to One
Foundation was doing for the victims of the Boxing day
Tsunami. The power point presentation was fantastic and
motivational, to see the devastation and the reconstruction
of towns on Nias Island.
Overall the evening was a huge success, everybody enjoyed
themselves and the winner of the trip to Singapore was so
excited he was almost doing cart wheels. We raised almost
$3,500 for the Zero to One Foundation, a fantastic effort
for all involved.
We
of course would like to thank all of our sponsors who helped
make this event so special, and we are looking forward to a
bigger and better show next year.
